TMC Engineering has recently signed a contract with Home Fabrics to supply and install a steel building for their new facility in Nassau.

TMC and Home Fabrics share a common trait – they are both 100% Bahamian Companies!

This project was ordered for fabrication – meaning that the local archtiectural and engineering process is already underway and the building will move through the engineering and production phase in an efficient manner.  With this option, we are able to reduce the lead time needed to fabricate the building, which means the client will be able to move in sooner.

The building is expected to be here mid-April 2016 and to be completed by the end of May.  Occupancy for the building is planned for July 2016.

TMC employees Bahamians to erect the building – providing all the necessary labour, tools, equipment, cranes, scaffolding, and everything else required to complete the project.
