At TMC we don’t haggle with our clients or make promises we can’t keep. Before you sign a contract or make a deposit, we meet with you and discuss your project in detail to ensure that we are the right service provider for you. We make certain we can deliver what we promise before submitting any proposal.

We meet as many times as necessary with our clients to discuss their end needs and current situation. Our design team will also meet with architects and planners as required to ensure that your building is the best possible structure for its intended use.

Before starting a project, we create a detailed budget and construction schedule.  As the project progresses these are continually updated so that our clients can accurately plan their expenditures and also plan their move-in date.
